OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
If you prefer to return your order, you can do so within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
We have a high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately by sending us an email at chabella@myyahoo.com.
Once we approve your return, you can mail your product to address you will be given.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, even if your purchase qualified for free shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
During a return, any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that you keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will notify you should we fail to receive your item.
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any issued refunds will be processed up to 15 days after receipt of your returned item.
